SFUHS Reads

Just another WordPress.com site

Look familiar?

ImageWhile riding BART recently I saw a poster inspired by the Maltese Falcon. As someone who uses public transportation regularly I appreciated the depiction of reading on BART, a reminder that time traveling does not have to be time wasted. I loved seeing the images from the Maltese Falcon because it reminded me that some of you were reading it while journeying through the summer–whether that journey took you to another country, another state, or into the other time of 1930s San Francisco.

To read more about the Literary Journeys poster series and artist Owen Smith, you can check out this press release from BART or Smith’s website.
